But with a more fragmented marketplace and so much of book buying resulting from online searches, reaching the end consumer isn’t always straightforward. How can we bring a more analytical approach to our industry? Can it be done by using a systematic approach to evaluate a category and identify holes, employ more refined search tools to predict trends, or create more targeted marketing plans to reach broad and niche audiences?
